OUR HISTORY
AWS of VA is a charter member of the PADI Diving Society and also of NAUI, the National Association of Underwater Instructors. We offer classes starting at the beginner level through Instructor.
American Water Sports has been training and supplying gear to divers in the Washington, DC area as well as all over the world for over 40 years which makes us the oldest dive shop in the area. Over this extended period of time, we've had the opportunity to supply equipment and training to sport divers, technical divers, government agencies, military and public safety officers.
